Where the list stops

Marsh Tide does not service furnaces or any other form of heating, does not service air conditioning, heat pumps or mini-splits, and does not touch air handlers, ductwork or duct-mounted UV lamps. Anything in the house climate system belongs to a licensed HVAC contractor, and we say so on the phone rather than send a van.
The vocabulary overlaps, which is most of why the question comes up. A refrigeration circuit has a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a metering device, and so does the equipment that cools the house — but ours is the one behind the toe-kick grille, and it is the only one we are qualified to open.
